Howie's First Ride as a Harley Owner!

Today was a day that I have been waiting for since I was 5 years old. You see, when I was five years old, I walked into my parents bedroom, woke them up, and said 'Mom, Dad, I want a Harley!' Thankfully, they were smart and didn't get me one! LOL So now, when I'm 28, Hannah finally convinced me that we should go for it. Most people sell their motorcycle when they have a baby, we bought one! ;) LOL So today we got it licenced, insured, and all that, and even though it was raining all day, I was able to find an hour where it was clear. So, here's the pic before I took off, and the video of me on my first ride as a new Harley Owner!!

We browsed the Harley Davidson store on Sunday afternoon to look for biking gear and price out leather and helmets. Ellie got an orange Harley balloon from a sales associate named Paulette!

We found this beauty (and a whopper of a deal, I might add) on Craig's List - go figure!

Eliana Rolls Over!!!

It was unbelievable! This evening, after a feeding, Ellie was put down for her second round of Tummy Time on her quilt and within a minute, she rolled over! Howie and I were there to witness it:) Unfortunately it was a rare time that we didn't have the camera rolling, but we'll be attempting to catch it real soon - if she manages to do it again! Way to go Ellie!

Lunch With Daddy

On Thursday afternoon, Ellie and I took a trip to the base to have lunch with Daddy. We took a pizza to eat and Ellie preferred her bottle:) Here Howie is perfecting a one-handed feeding while eating food himself. (he did a decent job of it, too!) LOL

I had Ellie do some Tummy Time to stretch her muscles for the first time, but she was pretty intent on sucking her fingers instead! I don't think she was quite full from her feeding - she wanted more! Hahaha

Ellie Gets a Gift From 'Aunt' Lexi

My girlfriend, Lexi, made an adorable stuffed kitty for Eliana which we just received in the mail - all the way from Kuwait! Ellie loves her new toy (yet to be named) and it's bound to be her favorite for years to come!

We had a great time with Alvana while she was here visiting! We appreciate all that she did to help us and especially for giving us a date night, even though we missed them both while we were out. Here are a bunch of photos of us with Alvana the day she flew back to NJ.

Tonight we went to the Army Ball. This was the longest time we've been away from Ellie. Thankfully, we had a super babysitter that we trusted completely, my sister! We had a wonderful time, but it was great to get back to Eliana. Thanks for giving us a date night sis! :)
